What we do
Hello Clarence helps Australian small businesses use AI well. We sell self-serve playbooks (free and premium) and paid consulting engagements — currently a $199 entry package that includes lifetime access to materials and 2 × 30-minute sessions, valid for 12 months, plus additional sessions at $150/hour.
What we promise
- The playbooks do what they say. Every premium playbook is tested against the AI tools it targets before we publish it. If one doesn't work as described, tell us and we'll fix it or refund it.
- We won't oversell. If AI isn't the right fit for your problem, we'll say so — including in a paid session.
- We keep your data per our Privacy policy: collected in Australia, first-party only, deleted on request.
What we don't promise
- AI output accuracy. AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and similar) can make mistakes. Our playbooks show you how to prompt and verify, but the final output is your responsibility to check before you send it to a customer, the ATO, or anyone else.
- Professional advice. Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Talk to your accountant or lawyer for that.
- Specific business outcomes. We can show you what worked for businesses like yours; we can't guarantee the same result for yours.
Refunds
Entry packages and additional sessions are non-refundable once delivered, because the value is the practitioner's time and the materials you keep. If a session hasn't happened yet and you change your mind within 14 days of purchase, email us and we'll refund in full.
Acceptable use
- Don't share your premium download links publicly. They're for you (or your team).
- Don't use our materials to run a competing consultancy without asking first — we're happy to talk partnership instead.
- Don't use our site or materials for anything unlawful, including spam or generating content intended to deceive.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profit, lost data, lost time). Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Changes
If we change these terms materially, we'll post a note on the home page. The "last updated" date above tells you when.
